The White Paper has been brought in the Parliament by the BGP government at the Centre. This letter talks about the economic mismanagement of the previous UPA government. It was told that the country has suffered loss due to the coal scam that happened during the UPA government. In this, licenses were also given to gutkha companies through back door. This reduced the country’s income. FDI also decreased.

District Mineral Fund of Rs 12,000 crore has been collected in Chhattisgarh, Rs 11,600 crore in Jharkhand, Rs 8000 crore in Rajasthan, Rs 4000 crore in Karnataka and Rs 90 crore in Meghalaya.
