After this, UPL recorded 4.54 percent, Axis Bank 2.28 percent, ICICI Bank 2.256 percent and HDFC Life 2.06 percent. At the same time, the biggest decline among Nifty pack shares was recorded in Hindalco by 12.53 percent. After this, 3.67 percent decline was recorded in Grasim, 1.07 percent in Divis Lab, 1.04 percent in UltraTech Cement and 0.99 percent in BPCL.

Talking about sectoral indices, the highest rise was recorded in Nifty Financial Services at 1.62 percent. Apart from this, 1.48 per cent in Nifty Private Bank, 1.38 per cent in Nifty Bank, 1.20 per cent in Nifty PSU Bank, 0.45 per cent in Nifty Oil & Gas, 0.66 per cent in Nifty Consumer Durables, 0.85 per cent in Nifty Healthcare Index and 0.45 per cent in Nifty Pharma.
