Fraud in the name of flat in Bandra
Sources said that accused Proneet Prem Nath and his wife Ameesha are accused of defrauding the complainant’s family of Rs 1.03 crore in the name of selling a flat at their construction site in Bandra. Sources told that this case is of the year 2022 when the accused in this case had contacted the complainant Sameer and said that he had to repay some loan for which he needed money and he was ready to sell two flats.
Agreement reached and advance also given
After this, Sameer informed Kashmira Tanna and her husband about this, both of them gave advance to the accused for taking two flats and also made a formal agreement. The allegation is that instead of selling the same flat to them, the accused sold it to someone else.
investigation started
After getting information about this, the complainant complained about this and on the basis of the complaint of the complainant, Andheri Police has started investigation by registering an FIR against the accused husband and wife under sections 409, 420 of IPC.
