PM Narendra Modi targeted Congress

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that his government is working for the interests of tribals, while the opposition Congress remembers villages, poor and farmers only during elections. The Prime Minister was addressing a public meeting of people of tribal community in Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh. This is Prime Minister Modi’s first visit to Madhya Pradesh this year before the Lok Sabha elections to be held in a few months. He said, “We have started the campaign against sickle cell anemia not for votes, but for the health of the tribals.” He said, “Congress remembers the villages, the poor and the farmers only at the time of elections. ”

PM Modi targeted Congress

Prime Minister Modi said, “When Congress is in power, it works to loot people and when it is out of power, it works to make people fight.” He said, “Loot and disunity are the oxygen of Congress.” The Prime Minister said that even the opposition leaders in the Parliament are now saying that the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has crossed 400 this time. The Prime Minister said that the Indian people will vote in the Lok Sabha elections. The ‘Lotus’ symbol of the party (BJP) will win more than 370 seats.

What did PM Modi say?

The Prime Minister said, “I have come to Jhabua not to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections, but as your servant. Our double engine government is working at double the speed in Madhya Pradesh.” Prime Minister Modi asked voters to ensure 370 additional votes at each booth compared to the last election for BJP to win 370 Lok Sabha seats. Let us inform you that PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 7,550 crore for the state. He said yes that the ongoing development projects in Madhya Pradesh show that the double engine government is working at double the speed on all the development works.
