How to make Rose Barfi (Rose Barfi On Rose Day)
To make rose barfi, first separate the rose leaves. Then soak these leaves in water for some time, then soak the coconut in lukewarm water for one to two hours until it becomes soft. After this, grind coconut and rose leaves in a mixer. Then put 100 grams of desi ghee in a pan and let it heat. Then add dry fruits to it and fry till they become light brown.
