iPhone Flip: The long wait of Apple fans may end soon. The iPhone maker is working on two foldable devices, which include a foldable iPad and an iPhone Flip with a clamshell design. Apple has developed the prototype of these foldable devices.

The design will be like Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

According to the report, the design of Apple’s flip design iPhone may be like Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. If Apple launches these foldable devices, it will be the biggest design change for the iPhone so far. This flip design iPhone of Apple will not be introduced this year, because it is still in the development phase. Its mass production can happen next year i.e. 2025.

Apple has talked to a supplier in Asia for this foldable iPhone and iPad. Apple can also postpone the launch of its foldable device if the quality of the device is not up to Apple’s standards. The display of this flip design iPhone of Apple will be installed on the outside of the smartphone. Also, the company does not want the thickness of its foldable iPhone to be more than the existing iPhone. This flip design iPhone is still in the development process to ensure proper placement of its battery and display.

Also working on foldable iPad

Along with this flip style foldable iPhone, Apple is also working on a big screen foldable iPad. The foldable screen of this iPad can be 8 inches. Apple engineers are currently testing the durability of this screen. Like the foldable iPhone, Apple’s foldable iPad will not be launched this year. This can also be launched in the market by next year.

According to Apple analyst Ming-Chi-Kuo, this flip designed iPhone of Apple can get a 7.6 inch display like Galaxy Z Flip 4. LG’s foldable OLED display will be used in iPhone Flip, whose size can be 7.5 inches.
