World’s leading businessman Elon Musk is always doing something or the other which puts him in the headlines. This time Musk made an announcement which has surprised everyone. Musk has decided to switch off the mobile number. He himself has announced the decision to close the phone number. He told through a post that he is going to switch off his mobile number soon.

Let us tell you that ever since Elon Musk took charge of Twitter i.e. X, both Musk himself and the social media platform X remain in the news. Now his new announcement surprised everyone. He told that he will switch off the phone number in the next few months. He said that now he will take the help of X only for audio and video calls.

Many features have arrived on X so far

Let us tell you that ever since Elon Musk became the owner of X, many features have been added to it. Musk is trying to make X a perfect app so that users can get maximum work done. For this, they are continuously promoting X as an everything app. In this series, Elon Musk had added the feature of audio video calls to the app last year.

Elon Musk has also set some conditions to take advantage of the audio video call feature. Currently, only those users who are its premium members can make video and voice calls on X. However, all account holders will be able to receive calls. Meaning if a premium member calls a normal user then his call can be received.

Advanced privacy system in the platform

Elon Musk has provided an advanced privacy system in the platform for X’s audio video calls. After turning on this setting, the IP address can be hidden. That means the IP address of both the caller and the call receiver will not be known.
