People who live on rent know that in many places some money has to be deposited in advance with the landlord. And when the person vacates the house, the money is returned to him according to the condition of the house. But sometimes the landlord refuses to give this money to the person and when asked the reason, gives strange arguments or refuses to answer. A similar thing happened with a person in Mumbai when his landlord refused to give him the deposit amount.

The person told the whole matter?

On social media platform X (earlier Twitter), the man has shared a screenshot of the entire conversation between himself and his old landlord. The man told in the post, ‘My landlord asked me to vacate my house before the end of the lock-in period. Despite vacating the house in excellent condition they have still not returned 60% of my security deposit. Is there a lawyer who can help in recovering the remaining amount? He is avoiding my calls and messages.

The person has shared a screenshot of the entire conversation through several tweets. After reading these you will know that after vacating the house, the landlord first asked for time to return the money. After this he also stopped picking up her phone. When the man talked about action, he said, ‘You can do whatever you want.’
